Kinda sad that I gained q a bit of weight since Sep last year. Just started eating healthy a few weeks ago and I'm proud to say that I haven't snacked/binged since 2nd Feb! That's a record for someone who has snacked all her life! Gonna keep this up and look healthier in no time!
